Convenient Location📍

The location of this place is really ideal - it's situated close to churches, restaurants, the Interstate, and even the lacrosse tournament venue. This makes it easy to get around and explore the area without any hassle.

As soon as you walk up to the place it had a very appealing entrance and when we walked in you could smell cookies baking. The lounge was spacious and clean. The front desk person was smiling and greeted us. It was a welcome site after a long day of driving.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff at the front desk (Jewell) was helpful and apologetic for the situation stated in the "what didn't you like" section.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at 11:30pm, the sheets on the sofa bed had a strong urine odor and were yellow on the sheets and mattress. The sheets on the king bed appeared to not have been changed also due to food crumbs and stains. We did not shower there b/c we were concerned about the cleanliness. This was our first stay at a country inn and due to the unpleasant experience, we will find it hard to return in the future. I hope the management makes changes to the staffing expectations and standards b/c they will not be in business long term if these issues are not remedied. The manager did credit us 50% of the room rate for the inconvenience and unacceptable conditions of our room. This was a minimum expectation for our ordeal.

The location here is really great and convenient, plus having a shuttle to the airport is a big bonus. 🚌 I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and oatmeal, it was excellent!

Bathroom was clean and evening staff tried to be helpful

I left the hotel early in the morning and the staff was rude at best. I was told by evening staff since the shuttle did not run until 7am they would pay for my taxi as they had done the evening before because there was only (1) staff person in the building. The person (man) in the am grabbed a form and started arguing about with me. He did call a cab and rudely told me "Well you need to go out and get them when they come so they will know to come inside to get paid." He continued to grumble to someone else in the back room. I am in Customer Service in the medical field and this is not how I would want my staff to treat a customer. Also if you are advertising shuttle to the airport it would be nice to have it in place to run 24 hour whether it be bus or cab. Many customers take early morning flights for business. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean for the most part.

When you ask for a non smoking room and then book one you might not get one. They even told me it was a non smoking but some one smoked in it!

The breakfast we had was top-notch, with delicious oatmeal and fresh fruit 🍉. The staff was really friendly, and the location was perfect.

We like the layout of the facility and the rooms were clean.

The booking site states that there is a fireplace in the room, there is not. It's in the lobby. The information folder in the room states that there is a microwave and refridgerator in every room, there is not. We stayed Thurs. Thru Sun. Breakfast Friday morning was good, Saturday and Sunday they ran out of everything, so we had to purchase food elsewhere. The pool water was cloudy the entire stay and the jacuzzi was warm, at best. I waited 20 min. To check out while the desk clerk complained to the person in front of me about another customer. Also while waiting, a woman came up stating that her toilet had been overflowing for 10 min. And the clerk instructed her to go find housekeeping.

We've stayed before and had great service. It's close to family for us when we can't all stay be at their home. The good breakfast and pool are major factors for our staying there.

We were not at all happy that the attendant at the front desk burnt cookies at 4:30 am on 1/13/13 causing the fire alarms to go off,,,,scared us to death by waking us. They seemed to be amused by the whole situation and my brother and his family were also staying there ( two toddlers) who were awakedend and startled by this episode as well.. And did not settle back down to sleep for a few hours!!.Not fun!! No one really apologized or offered anything in anyway!! Bad business in my book!! Sincerely, Susan l Luken Fairfield, Ohio

The building and rooms are nice, with double queen beds. The location is convenient, with a shuttle provided to the airport. Early check-in and late check-out options are available. The staff are efficient, outstandingly friendly, and provide great services.

Nice Clean rooms

Your website said it was a smoking room, and they have no smoking rooms. You should update your recors.

There were central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV in the room, truly enjoyed that. There was a tub too. Comfortable location close to attractions was a plus. The staff were very very helpful and had a sense of humour.

The hotel is conveniently close to the lacrosse tournament, park, and Columbus, Ohio. The location near the airport is excellent. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful.

We were very pleased with our stay. The desk clerks were excellent. Everything was clean and the bed and pillows were better than my own. We enjoyed our afternoon tea sitting by the fireside in the lobby.

Our receipt from Booked.net says everyone room comes with a fireplace and desk. Ours had neither.
